EEO-1 reports for 2022 can now be submitted through the EEOC’s online portal. As a reminder, all employers with 100 or more employees, and federal government contractors and subcontractors with at least 50 employees and a federal government contract of $50,000 or more are required to file EEO-1 reports on an annual basis.
The reports for 2022 are due on December 5, 2023.
