Tis the Season – for employer holiday parties! While these are a wonderful opportunity to have teams come together, it can sometimes result in employees letting their guards down and forgetting to use their best judgment, particularly when alcohol is involved.
Employers should make sure to remind employees prior to their holiday parties that all Company policies on anti-harassment and professionalism apply at such events (including any after-party get togethers which may be organized).
