Further to our PERKS post on the federal Pregnancy Workers Fairness Act (PWFA) last week, the EEOC recently updated the federal “Know Your Rights: Workplace Discrimination is Illegal” poster to include employee rights under the PWFA.
The new poster can be found here and companies that subscribe to a labor poster service should be on the lookout for an updated poster.
