NY employers: it’s finally here. Governor Hochul announced that the NYS DOL finally finalized its updates to the state’s sexual harassment prevention model policy (Governor Hochul Announces Final Sexual Harassment Model Policy to Strengthen Protections for New York Workers | Governor Kathy Hochul | New York State).
The changes include new provisions to address harassment in the remote work environment, issues related to gender identity and bystander intervention, among others.
